Out of the
night that covers me,

"I came to Dr. Daenell 3 years ago with a multitude of health issues and with a low self esteem. Among my problems were the following: PMDD, depression, anxiety and panic disorder, plantar fasciatis, ulcer. I also needed to lose about 30 lbs. I had of course tried traditional medications, none of which had worked for me, in fact the side effects of everything I was prescribed were often worse than my original symptoms. Dr Daenell took the time to listen to me and then put me on a regimen tailored specifically to my needs. I started seeing changes within the first 3 weeks and after 4 to 5 months I literally felt better than ever! As the prior Deputy Director of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), I was familiar with Naturopathic medicine and relied upon many natural remedies. However, for whatever reason, in the throes of menopause I elected an allopathic approach and was on a low does hormone replacement therapy that addressed my night sweats but contributed to an alarming (at least to me) weight gain and a “foggy” feeling. Dr. Daenell immediately recognized my plight and modified my treatments to increase my metabolism, address my menopausal symptoms and “clear” my head. I could not be more delighted with my results.
I find Dr. Daenell’s scientific approach, while a bit challenging to follow at times, satisfying in that it explains why “this” works and “that” doesn’t and how it all works together.

I just wanted to tell you about some early success I am having with my asthma while on your treatment plan. I have now done two cross-fit workouts, both extremely aerobic, with no coughing afterwards or throughout the day. I am using an inhaler before the workout but even before when I did that, I still ended up coughing throughout the day. This is exciting news for me. Thanks to you I am feeling better in general. I have more energy then I have had in several years and my stamina is improving as well. I am thrilled with my results thus far- and is it possible that my skin is being affected with all of this new-found energy and repair? My skin is looking great these last few days.
