Congratulations on your decision to pursue a higher level of wellness in your life. It is an honor to work with you. It is my intention to provide personalized, compassionate wellness-consulting care, dramatically affective protocols and to provide nutritional supplements of exceptional quality and bioavailability. I strive to be your resource for the “best of the best” that natural medicine has to offer. You can expect me to be engaged in an ongoing process of learning and to stay on the cutting edge of the natural health field. I welcome your ideas, advice and feedback in our never-ending quest to work at the highest level on your behalf. I want you to “get what you came for” and look forward to working with you, as a team, in order to accomplish your health goals.
When you make an appointment, we will send you the intake forms that I use to begin our work together. They are extensive, as we have a healthy respect for the “whole person” in my practice. A full medical and symptom history is the beginning of this very individualized process. Please set aside ample time to fill out these forms and bring the completed copy with you to your initial appointment.
My Office is located within The Get Well Store, at 255 Detroit St. Denver Colorado, 80206. I am in the heart of Cherry Creek North. You will find our office between Colorado Blvd and University Blvd south of 6th Ave, closer to University Blvd. The LiveWell Center sits in the middle of the block on the west side of the street – Garden Level. The front door is accessible by steps and the back door has access to an elevator. Free parking is available behind the building accessible from the alley. Please limit your parking in this small shared lot to the time you are in our office, as a courtesy to the patients and doctors in the rest of the building.
